I'm one to vouch for the benefits of eating healthily. But doing so doesn't mean cutting out everything that's good tasting. There are plenty of ways out there to eat well while still enjoying your meals. So I've done some research and put together a post with lots of options for nice meals that are good for you. Try them out and let me know what you think!
Before you make the jump into eating well, you have to understand why you want to do so. What are your motives? Do you want to lose weight, do you want more energy, do you want to better your health - what is your driving factor? Write it down, share it with your family or friends, whatever it takes for you to stick to eating better.
It's good to establish this because if you don't have a goal in mind, then it's easy to slip into your old habits.
Do you have an event coming up? Likely since the holiday season is quickly coming up! Instead of giving those layer jars of baking ingredients, (brownies in a jar, anyone?) instead give them a fruit basket or something the whole family can enjoy.
They'll thank you later! Especially after everyone else has already given them sweets and fatty foods for holiday gifts.

There are lots of ways to enjoy good foods. Here's one example!
Once you've found some great options to try for hearty meals, stick to it! You'll probably notice a difference in how your body feels within just 1-2 weeks. Look for organic options, lots of organic fruit and vegetables, and plenty of water. Once you start a better lifestyle and get into new habits, it's fun to see what things spiral from it.
Pretty soon you'll be giving fruit baskets instead of boxes of chocolate, and going for walks instead of hitting the drive-thru!
