I did not receive my confirmation as soon as the website indicated I should expect it, but the woman that I spoke with from customer service was very helpful and ensured that the order was placed correctly and would be processed. I would suggest you add a drop down menu under your item description, so customers can select the Baby's gender when ordering this particular Item. Sometimes the name of the baby may not be enough to differentiate a boy or a girl, since some names can be either. Thanks.
