| The bouquet was delivered by UPS to an apartment complex but the recipient wasn't informed by UPS or the office that he had a delivery, so he didn't get them until I asked him a couple days later. I suggest you need to review this to see if UPS is the best vendor for deliveries. Or if this was a one-off problem.
I did not see the bouquet so cannot judge the appearance. |
