Our friend to whom we sent the cookie said it was absolutely beautiful...he loved it! He said he was surprised it was as delicious as it was beautiful. Overall it was a huge hit with him. I wish we lived close enough to see the "real" cookie, but he was so happy we can only imagine that it was perfect.
Presentation was wonderful. The decoration of the cookie was just like the picture. The cookie itself however had very poor quality. It did not taste good at all. That being said the cost was not worth it.
In addition to a prompt and complete receipt after ordering, I had an opportunity to talk with the recipient after she received the cookie. Not only did it arrive exactly when promised, she was extremely impressed and delighted with the cookie.
She said it was moist and delicious even days after it arrived. Neither she nor or have prior experience with your company but we will both be repeat customers now!
